Mark Shalloway is among the charter class of elder law attorneys in the nation to be certified by the National Elder Law Foundation.
He has served as member and even president of a number of prestigious law organizations. Locally, Shalloway is the founding chairperson of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Elder Law Committee. At the state level, he has served as the President of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, and as the chair of the Florida Bar Elder Law Section Medicaid Committee– an organization that provides assistance to the Florida Legislature on Elder Legislation. Nationally, Shalloway has served as President of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
Mark Shalloway’s work within the world of elder law has granted him a number of distinctions. He has received awards such as Outstanding Achievement from NAELA and the 2007 Child Advocate of the Year Award.
